By accessing or using ADU Builders & Contractors ("Service"), operated by Be Curious Labs LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
ADU Builders & Contractors is a directory platform that connects homeowners with licensed contractors. We provide contractor listings sourced from public licensing board records, lead/quote request submission, and business profile management tools.
3. User Accounts
Contractors may claim their business listing by creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. SMS Communications
By opting in to SMS notifications during the listing claim process, you consent to receive transactional text messages about new leads and quote requests. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on lead volume. SMS consent is not required to use the Service.
5. Payments and Subscriptions
Certain features require payment (lead credits or subscriptions). All payments are processed through Stripe. Refund policies are described at the time of purchase.
6. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Submit false or misleading information
- Scrape or harvest data from the Service
- Interfere with the operation of the Service
7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of contractor information sourced from public records. We are not responsible for the quality of work performed by any contractor listed on the platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Be Curious Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
